few.bio is a link-in-bio page builder operated by Encoded LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (OH LLC No. 5680361) ("Encoded", "we", "us", or "our"). We control the personal information used to operate few.bio. This policy explains what happens when you create a page, visit one, submit a form on a creator's page, or contact us.

Information We Collect

• Account and page data — username, email address, hashed password, public page content, uploaded media, settings, and support messages. Public pages and the content you publish on them can be viewed and shared by others.
• Visits and clicks — pages and links visited, referral, browser and device information, and a pseudonymous visitor identifier. We use this to provide page analytics and limit abuse.
• Account usage — whether you registered on the website or app, dates you use each, onboarding completion, and return activity. These private retention metrics contain no IP addresses, device identifiers, location, or page content. Daily usage records are kept for up to 90 days; account summaries are deleted with your account.
• Security and service records — login and registration events, reports, account standing, and identifiers needed to prevent fraud or repeated abuse.
• Optional features — Discord account ID and username if you link Discord, and billing status and transaction details when you buy a plan. Stripe handles payment card details; we do not receive full card numbers.
• Creator forms — answers you submit to a form on a creator's page. The creator chooses the questions and can view and delete responses. Do not submit information you do not want that creator to receive.

Why We Use Information

For people in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, the legal bases below apply where GDPR or UK GDPR governs the processing:

• Providing the service — accounts, public pages, creator forms, optional Discord features, billing, and support requested by you. For account holders, this is generally necessary to perform our contract with you.
• Analytics and improvement — counting page visits and link clicks and understanding service performance. We rely on our legitimate interests in providing creators with analytics and improving few.bio.
• Safety and security — preventing spam, fraud, unauthorized access, and violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. We rely on our legitimate interests in protecting visitors, creators, and the service.
• Legal obligations — keeping records or responding to valid legal requests where law requires it.

Cookies and Browser Storage

We use a 30-day authentication cookie to keep you signed in. If referrals are enabled, a referral cookie may be stored for up to 72 hours to credit a signup. We also use a cookie or browser storage to remember display preferences, such as the dashboard sidebar and theme. These support the features you request; our own page analytics do not rely on an advertising cookie.

Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies for security and bot protection, including Turnstile on forms. A third party media player may use its own cookies on load. You can clear cookies and browser storage in your browser, though doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.

Sharing and Outside Services

We do not sell personal information or share account information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising. We use page visits to provide analytics, not targeted advertising.

We disclose account information only as needed to run few.bio, support integrations you choose to connect, comply with law, or protect people and the service. This includes hosting and infrastructure providers, Cloudflare for delivery and security, and Stripe for payments. Some pages also load fonts or icons from third-party providers, which receive browser connection information needed to deliver them.

If you choose to link Discord, we exchange account identifiers and feature information with Discord. Optional profile features may display images hosted by third parties; the visitor's browser may connect to those providers to load them. When a visitor loads a third-party media player, that provider receives the visitor's browser connection and may set cookies under its own policies. Following an outbound link takes you to a site whose privacy practices we do not control.

Storage, Retention, and Transfers

We use hosting infrastructure in the United States, Canada, and the European Union. Other service providers and optional integrations may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Cross-border processing may be subject to different privacy laws. We review applicable transfer requirements and provider safeguards when arranging these services.

We delete individual page view and link click records on a rolling basis, generally within three months. Account data and published content remain while your account is active. Form responses remain until the creator deletes them or the related form is removed. Some billing, security, and abuse records may be kept longer when needed for legal obligations, disputes, or service protection. Backups and provider records may follow separate retention cycles.

Security

We use access controls and technical measures intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Age Eligibility

You must be at least 16 to create or use a few.bio account. We do not intend to collect account information from anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has created an account, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Public pages may be viewed without an account.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and complain to a privacy regulator. These rights can have legal exceptions.

If you submitted a form on a creator's page, include the page and form URL so we can identify the relevant response and coordinate with the creator.

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted here and take effect immediately.
